Terms of Use

Strolla · Last updated July 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Strolla app ("the App") provided by KLL Development ("we", "us"), a developer based in the United Kingdom. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies to your use of the App.

Acceptable use

Use the App lawfully. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disrupt, or misuse it beyond what the law permits. Strolla is a walking companion, not a navigation or safety device. Stay aware of your surroundings, obey local traffic and access rules, and use your own judgement on where it is safe to walk.

Content and attribution

Story and place content is derived from open sources: Wikipedia (CC BY-SA), Wikidata (CC0) and OpenStreetMap (ODbL). It remains subject to those licences, with attribution shown in the App. The information is provided for guidance and may be incomplete or imperfect.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Routes, distances, and story content are provided for entertainment and general guidance and may be simplified or imperfect.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KLL Development will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the date above when we do; continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law in your country of residence applies to you.
